Reimagining a Youth Centre Through VR, AI, and Community Participation
Reviving a local youth centre from the ground up. Used VR to let the community experience the vision before a single wall was painted — then launched a funding campaign that got the neighbourhood to back it. Currently in the building phase: we're painting the place together with the community.

An ongoing e-learning project transforming a personal piano method into a modern online learning experience. I help design the platform, streamline the production workflow, advise on branding and content strategy, and coach the client on recording and content delivery — making high-quality educational content fast and affordable to produce.
